Castle View Recruitment have a high number of Industrial Vacancies with regular starts for a range of clients that we have worked with for many years.  This agreement has been set up to meet the needs of our employers training needs and has reduced staff turnover as we are providing them with the right people for the right job.

All learners will be provided with support for developing their maths and English skills throughout their learning programme, particularly in maths and English skills that will commonly be used in work, such as new vocabulary or methods of communication.  We also work with partner organisations who provide dedicated maths and English programmes that may be suitable for those that would welcome significant support and/or qualifications in either maths or English.

 

All the above qualifications are desired within the industrial sector, they are also nationally recognised and transferable to any job role.

Co-ordinated back to work courses:

Castle View are working with individuals and employers provide a co-ordinated and specific back to work programme for adults who are currently unemployed or facing redundancy

The intention of the programme is simple. To upskill adults and get people back to work. We provide a huge diversity of training courses designed to give our learners a tangible advantage in finding long-term stable employment.

Each learner at Castle View will be assigned a dedicated recruitment professional with wide-reaching links to local employers relevant to their skills and experience.

In many cases, through our in-house training and our recruitment arm, we are able to place learners onto courses with our partner companies offering all those successful interviews for specific job vacancies. As a primary source Castle View are here to provide support and guidance through every step on your path to employment.

The courses are short and sharp, they are relevant to the industry applied for and include a certified accredited qualification as well as awareness sessions.

Apprenticeship Programmes:

Castle View Group offer a whole company approach to apprenticeship
training from new recruits, upskilling of current staff to the development of
staff at supervisory/management level. Apprenticeships have shown improved
recruitment and retention rates and improved quality leading to greater
efficiency and increased profitability.
